1. Basket will be shipped folded
2. There may be creases when first opened
3. To help ease the creases, we suggest stuffing the bins with pillows, blankets, etc. to expand the shape of the bins.
4. Or, lightly steam iron the cotton rope part and mist & hand press the seagrass part will ease creases.
